These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Influvia, an influencer marketing facilitation platform that connects brands with influencers for promotional collaborations.

By accessing, registering, or using Influvia’s website, forms, WhatsApp communications, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services immediately.

2. Nature of Services

Influvia acts solely as a facilitator and connector between brands and influencers.

• Influvia does not act as an employer, agent, partner, or representative of any brand or influencer.
• Influvia does not guarantee campaign performance, reach, engagement, conversions, or sales.
• All collaborations are executed independently between brands and influencers.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have legal authority to enter into agreements
• Ensure ownership or authorization of social media accounts used

Influvia reserves the right to reject or remove any user without notice.

4. Payments & Fees

• Influvia may charge service or onboarding fees to brands, influencers, or both.
• All fees are communicated prior to confirmation.
• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments made to Influvia are strictly non-refundable.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of:

• Dissatisfaction with campaign results
• Change of decision by brand or influencer
• Delay or cancellation by either party
• Platform, algorithm, or market changes

6. User Responsibilities

Brands agree to:

• Provide lawful products and services
• Share accurate campaign briefs
• Make payments on time
• Communicate professionally

Influencers agree to:

• Deliver content as per agreed requirements
• Follow brand guidelines and timelines
• Avoid misleading, offensive, or illegal content

7. Limitation of Liability

Influvia shall not be liable for:

• Financial or business losses
• Sales, engagement, or ROI outcomes
• Influencer or brand conduct
• Content performance or audience response
• Platform outages or third-party changes

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

8. Suspension & Termination

Influvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraud or misrepresentation
• Harms Influvia’s reputation or operations

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, trademarks, and materials belong to Influvia and may not be used without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
