1. NO REFUND POLICY
- All payments made to Influvia are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.
2. SCOPE OF NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
- The non-refundable policy applies to, but is not limited to:
- Onboarding fees
- Service or platform fees
- Campaign coordination fees
- Consultation or facilitation charges
- Referral or commission-based fees
3. CAMPAIGN OUTCOMES
- Influvia does not guarantee campaign results, including reach, engagement, impressions, leads, sales, or return on investment. Dissatisfaction with campaign performance shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. CANCELLATION BY USER
- If a brand or influencer chooses to cancel, withdraw, or discontinue participation after payment, no refund shall be issued.
5. INFLUENCER OR BRAND NON-PERFORMANCE
- Influvia is not responsible for non-performance, delays, or disputes between brands and influencers. Such issues do not qualify for refunds.
6. PLATFORM & EXTERNAL FACTORS
- No refunds shall be issued due to:
- Social media algorithm changes
- Platform restrictions or outages
- Market conditions
- Delays caused by third parties
7. EXCEPTIONS
- No exceptions shall be made to this Refund Policy unless explicitly agreed in writing by Influvia.
8. POLICY UPDATES
- Influvia reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting.
